This is officially the easiest recipe on earth and one of the most delicious. A warning though, these rarely make it to any meal because I generally eat them as soon as they come out of the oven. So enjoy these easy peasy lemon squeesy Sun Dried Tomatoes.
Sun Dried Tomato Recipe
1. Cut Tomatoes into one inch slices
2. Toss in olive oil
3. Sprinkle with salt
4. Bake at 200 for about 5-6 hours
Tomatoes are great in pasta, on bread, or on their own. To store them pack the tomatoes into a mason jar and cover with olive oil.
