Go Green


I love Love LOVE green smoothies. They are so darn tasty and good for ya. This one is phenomenal. It has (and these are all approximate measurements:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 banana
1 handful of beet greens
1 handful of kale
1/2 cup of cucumber
*Use a little bit of water to get things going

These things are so good for you, taste amazing, and they're a great way to sneak in vegetables. You gotta love your greens.

  1. LOVE green smoothies. Now I'm trying raw soups. Smoothie for breakie, raw soup for lunch. Still hunting for that magical soup combination though. I've choked back some less-than stellar combinations so far.
