Montreal (Pt. 2)

 

We took a walk through the Jean-Talon market and it was absolutely amazing. The produce was to die for and the prices were incredibly low. I would move to Montreal just for that market (and for Sarah of course).

Montreal (Pt. 1)

 Chris and I went on a little vacay to Montreal last week and we absolutely fell in love with the city. We walked and biked what seemed like the entire city. We met up with my friend Sarah, had the most decadent brownie ever, saw Chris's fan and ate a whole lot of Italian food, and bought the most wonderful-over-the-top-gold-man-watch on the planet for only $20! Basically we're moving to Montreal asap.

Sushi

A few months ago while we were waiting for Osaka Sushi to open we couldn't wait any longer so we made our own sushi. It turned out pretty well for a couple of newbies.

The inlaws are in town for the weekend (YAY!) so we're going to go to the carnival tonight. Happy Friday!

Bits and Pieces

Dear house cleaning...

Today is the day that there are dishes in the sink and littering the counter. The floors need to be vacummed after I pick up the socks littering them. The suitcase from this weekend is still not unpacked (the toiletry bag isn't fully unpacked either, its just sitting half full under the bathroom sink). The laundry needs to be done and I'm not doing it tonight. So goodnight house work, I might do you tomorrow.
